Facilities and services
Single and twin rooms are equipped as study bedrooms, with a limited number of accessible rooms available. The washrooms are shared and located close to each room. Card-operated laundry facilities are available in each residence and can be loaded by credit card, Interac or cash. The following services are provided:
- All-you-can-eat breakfast
- Housekeeping services
- Fresh linens and towels
- Free Wi-fi at check-in

Rules of stay
Full payment is due at check-in, along with a valid, government-issued ID and your payment credit card. Check in is from 4 p.m. at Margaret Addison Hall, 140 Charles St. W., Toronto. Our check-out time is 11 a.m.
To cancel your stay, you must provide at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged one night’s stay plus taxes. Please note that cancellation fees are non-refundable.

A Visa, Mastercard or American Express Card is required to hold your reservation and will not be charged unless otherwise stated or agreed. For those who are booking their accommodation as part of a conference, the full amount of your stay will be applied to the provided credit card to hold your reservation approximately one month to one week prior to arrival (unless otherwise agreed).
