Infrastructure and Sustainability (formerly the Department of Physical Plant) is responsible for the operations and continuous maintenance of the grounds, buildings and utilities at Victoria University which includes:
- 800,000 ft2of campus
- 6 academic and administrative buildings
- 4 residences
- 1 student centre
- 1 theatre
- 2 libraries
